Operation - Online extrusion profilometer

The operator interface provides clear and easy to understand information for operators. Actual measurements are compared with the predefined template and target values in real-time and colour coded alarms provided when warning and error limits are exceeded.

Trend plots are provided that continuously update during a production run. Operators may zoom and scroll data to analyse actual measurements and compare with warning and error bands.

Further statistical analysis is provided for individual measurements with histogram plots and calculation of min, max, av, std dev and process Pp, Ppk, Cp and Cpk. Data may be exported over Ethernet into other data analysis tools for offline analysis.
