Operation - Finished Tyre Runout

The operator interface provides clear and easy to understand information for operators. The raw data obtained over several tyre revolutions is displayed in an upper window. In a lower window a single tyre revolution is expanded to show the raw data and the computed data after removal of tread grooves or sidewall lettering, pin vents and patters etc. System setup, tools and diagnostics menus are also provided.

Further statistical analysis is provided for individual measurements with histogram plots and calculation of min, max, av, std dev and process Pp, Ppk, Cp and Cpk. Data may be exported over Ethernet into other data analysis tools for offline analysis.
